HOW TO PREPARE

As a general wellness tea:
1. Bring water to a boil
2. Add ½ – 1 teaspoon of loose leaf to your cup
3. Pour boiling water over the herb and cover
4. Steep for 5 – 10 minutes, strain, and enjoy
5. Sweeten with honey if preferred

For throat comfort:
Boil a few Spanish Needle leaves and flowers in approximately 3 oz (100 ml) of water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink up to twice daily.

Recommended: One cup, up to twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
