Spanish Needle (Bidens alba/pilosa), also known as Bur-Marigold or Beggar's Ticks, is a wild Jamaican meadow herb brewed as a light, grassy traditional tea enjoyed across the island.

Caffeine-free and mild, Spanish Needle is a long-standing part of the Jamaican herbal-tea tradition.

HOW TO BREW

1. Boil water
2. Add ½–1 teaspoon of loose leaf to your cup
3. Pour over and cover; steep 5–10 minutes
4. Strain, sweeten with honey if preferred, and enjoy
