Spanish Needle (Bidens alba/pilosa), also known as Bur-Marigold or Beggar's Ticks, is a wild Jamaican meadow herb brewed as a light, grassy traditional tea enjoyed across the island.

HOW TO BREW
Boil water
Add ½–1 teaspoon of loose leaf to your cup
Pour over and cover; steep 5–10 minutes
Strain, sweeten with honey if preferred, and enjoy
