Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Each vendor is responsible for preparing and shipping their products. You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification once your items are dispatched.
Standard delivery within Jamaica takes 2–5 business days. Local deliveries may be handled by courier services such as Knutsford Express, Tara, or Zipmail. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the vendor’s chosen delivery method.
International orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Jamaica Post. Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7–21 business days. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Since BNFYAAD is a multi-vendor platform, items from different sellers may arrive in separate packages. Each vendor sets their own shipping costs and timelines, which will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your BNFYAAD account.
Certain items, such as perishable goods or liquids, may have restrictions for international shipping. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified before your order is confirmed.
