HOW TO PREPARE SEA MOSS GEL

1. Rinse thoroughly under cool water
2. Soak in spring water for 12 – 24 hours (it expands 2 – 3 times in size)
3. Drain and rinse again
4. Blend with fresh spring water until smooth and creamy
5. Store the gel in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks

Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of gel daily to smoothies, juices, teas, soups, or sauces — or apply topically as a face mask.

STORAGE

Store dried sea moss in a cool, dry place in an airtight container for up to 1 year. Refrigerate prepared gel.
