HOW TO PREPARE SEA MOSS GEL

1. Rinse thoroughly under cool water
2. Soak in spring water for 12 – 24 hours
3. Drain and rinse again
4. Blend with fresh spring water until smooth
5. Refrigerate the gel for up to 3 weeks

Use 1 – 2 tablespoons daily in smoothies, juices, teas, soups, or sauces. Can also be applied topically as a face mask.

STORAGE

Store dried sea moss in a cool, dry place in an airtight container for up to 1 year. Refrigerate prepared gel.
