Jack-in-the-Bush (Chromolaena odorata), also called Siam Weed or Christmas Bush, is a cherished Jamaican bush tea enjoyed across the island for generations. Our powder brews a smooth, grassy, traditional cup.

Caffeine-free and a longtime staple of Caribbean homes, Jack-in-the-Bush is a classic daily bush tea.

HOW TO BREW

1. Boil water
2. Add ½–1 teaspoon of powder to your cup
3. Pour over and stir; cover and steep 5–10 minutes
4. Strain if desired and sweeten with honey
